We regularly organize unique pole dance workshops focussed on a special theme. 

Some of these workshops include “Heels”, “Pretty Shapes” and “Flips and Drops”.  

Our workshops will be announced on our social media  and to our registered members (via the mailing list). You can book them through Eversports.

Pricing*:

  • Fly and Flow members: € 15
  • Unlimited members: included in the unlimited package
  • Non-members: € 20

*Please note that prices may differ when external instructors are invited to teach special workshops
