Here you will find a variety of classes taught by experienced and professional instructors. Whether you are a beginner in pole dance, or a seasoned athlete, we got the right class for you!

NEW YEAR, NEW BEGINNERS COURSE
Have you always wanted to try pole dance or pole fitness, but never really had the time or confidence? Or are you new in Maastricht and just excited to try something new? Then this is your chance!
As a special for the new academic year, we are offering our 4-Week Beginner Course for only €35! No prior experience required, as this course will cover the basics of pole.

Monthly Specials “Lyrical Pole” on Thursdays 8 PM in June.
Lyrical Pole is where we transform simple movement into expression, emotion and story. This expressive style focusses on extended lines and seamless flow to enhance emotion.
By combining the technical elements of pole dance and the fluidity of modern dance, you will learn how to flow to the music and tell your story.

This class is all about learning floorwork moves that flow beautifully into your pole practice , think seamless transitions between static and spin, or elegant entrances and exits that elevate your performance.
Janine will be giving different level variations for every move, so whether you’re just starting or already comfortable on the floor, there’s something for you 🤍 And don’t hesitate to tell her which moves you’d love to learn, it’s a project we can build together!
