Heb jij altijd al willen leren paaldansen, maar nooit eerder gedurfd of de tijd gehad? Of ben je nieuw in de stad en heeft paaldansen je altijd al leuk geleken? Dan is dit de ideale gelegenheid!
Speciaal voor het nieuwe jaar bieden wij opnieuw een beginnerscursus paaldansen van 4 weken aan voor slechts β¬35! Geen ervaring vereist!
Vanaf donderdag 23 januari gedurende 4 weken van 19u tot 20u. Boeken kan via Eversports.

β¨ BEGINNER COURSE β¨
As you may already know from Eversports, we are hosting another round of our 4-week beginner course π₯³
Try out and learn the fundamentals of pole dance with us during a 4 week program where you will learn how to move around a static pole (= a pole that does not move, you move by doing spins), get introduced to a spinning pole (this is when the pole turns around) and take your first steps towards climbing up, sitting down and going upside down π€
Does it sound exciting? GREAT
Does it sound a bit scary? Absolutely normal π€ but you will be under the professional guidance of our experienced instructor @christll.k (NL/EN)
Who is this course for? π€
It's ideal for people (16+) who have no prior experience in pole or for those who tried out pole dance only once or a few times.
When? ποΈ
The course starts on Thursday March 6th and will take place for 4 weeks in a row, each class from 19h until 20h
And ehm how much will it cost me? πΈπΈ
Excellent question! For β¬35 you buy yourself access to the full 4 week course. You can ONLY book the course with the specific beginners course product in Eversports (link in bio). No other products are valid to book the course.
How to prepare? π
We recommend not using lotions 24h before class for better grip. Wear something comfortable and sporty (T-shirt/sportsbra and leggings with ideally shorts underneath). Bring a towel and a bottle of water and you are good to go! We provide the rest π

β¨ MONTHLY SPECIAL β¨
February is heavily marketed as Valentine's month for couples, but we would like to focus a bit on the only person we will spend our entire life with; ourself.
Therefore we created this Self Love Special, where @flyflow.melissa will teach simple (floor work) flow elements, which you will be able to make your own through a guided 4-week program targeted at introspection and growth. Each week, different exercices will be offered to address the focus point.
WEEK 1: VULNERABILITY
Become aware of what makes you feel insecure, things you would like to improve. Awareness is the first step to acceptance.
WEEK 2: FORGIVENESS
Forgive yourself your imperfections, learn how to embrace them. Forget about the world around and focus on the self.
WEEK 3: TRUST
Build trust in yourself, let go of overthinking in your movements and trust that your body will take you around.
WEEK 4: CONFIDENCE
In the 4th week, you will be able to combine everything you learned and get more confident to start freestyling in your own style of flow.

β¨ HOW TO PEGASUS β¨ part 1
During this month's Intermediate 2 classes on Monday, we worked on different ways on how to get into #pdpegasus
As with many tricks, there are multiple ways to get there and we wanted to share our personal favorites!
Before you attempt any of these moves, please make sure you have good shoulder mobility and strength, ideally check with your instructor for your own safety π€
Here are some tips for each of the entrances in this video:
1. Bow & Arrow: make sure you don't have your hips too far away from the pole so you can still reach that inner thigh
2. For the Brass entrance, push your hips a bit down and behind to optimize the grip in that top arm when grabbing the inner thigh
3. Jump in: only attempt when you can already a solid Pegasus and a controlled way down, focus on engaging that top arm pull and bottom push and external obliques to get into position.
